Product Info

You don’t. The Optima Chiller will do it for you. The Optima Tubs are also designed to hold ice in the absence of a Chiller.

For the Pro Chiller, water maintenance is a breeze with its built-in 2-step water filtration and ozone system.

For the Nova Chiller, it has an external strainer to catch any hair, lint, or debris from entering the Chiller.

We recommend changing the water, cleaning the Tub, and rinsing the micron filter and external strainer regularly, depending on use.

For optimal performance, we recommend replacing the micron filter every 2-3 months, depending on use.

The Optima Cold Plunge Systems are versatile, all-in-one cold plunges with advanced filtration and ozone systems. The ice-cold temperatures can be maintained without any ice and controlled remotely via the app.

Yes! Once the Chiller has been set up to a 2.4 ghz WiFi network, it can be operated remotely via the app. This includes customizable scheduling of your cold plunges at your convenience.

The Optima Systems are for residential use only. For commercial use, please contact us at hello@optimawellnessph.com.

Cheaper and DIY options may be attractive for beginners, but their unreliability and lack of support can lead to inconvenience and safety issues over time. Optima offers reliable and durable cold plunges, designed for convenience and supported by experienced customer service.

The Optima Chillers should always remain in their normal upright position. If the Chillers have been transported from one place to another, they should be left stationary for at least 2 hours before use.

Setting up your Optima System is quick and easy, with no tools required. Simply assemble the Tub, connect the hoses to the Chiller, fill up the Tub with water, and plug the Chiller’s power cord to a standard three-prong 220V grounded outlet.

Unfortunately, epsom salt and other additives are not recommended as these are corrosive and would damage the Chiller.

Yes, you can use chlorine in the Chiller. Please consult a professional regarding chlorine use.
