Optima R300 Red Light Panel

I’ve been loving the Optima R300 because it’s so convenient and easy to incorporate into my everyday routine. It fits perfectly right on top of my office desk, so I can easily use it while I’m working without taking up too much space.

I’ve also been incorporating red light therapy with the R300 into my skincare routine, and I’ve genuinely noticed a difference. I’ve been getting so many compliments about my skin lately, which has been amazing to hear. I also enjoy using it as part of my evening routine, and I’ve been sleeping like a baby.

Using my R300 device has been a game-changer, especially for better sleep. I place it on my bedside table and use it for about 10 minutes before bed. I fall asleep faster, and with consistent use, I’ve been getting around 7–8 hours of sleep and waking up feeling refreshed.

My face feels great after using my R300 for about two weeks—Smoother, firmer, and better skin tone. I like this better than the red light mask I used to have since it covers more areas like the neck and chest. This machine also has dual wavelengths to penetrate deeper in the skin.

I just started using it this week and I noticed that I have better sleep even if I did not take my Mg Glycinate. I also noticed my comedones has subsided, even the itchy patches I got upon arriving from abroad has healed. I am not sure if it’s because of the RL therapy but I’m pretty convinced it has been a great support for all the healing. Looking forward for the restock and planning to gift one to my Mum!
