My face feels great after using my R300 for about two weeks—Smoother, firmer, and better skin tone. I like this better than the red light mask I used to have since it covers more areas like the neck and chest. This machine also has dual wavelengths to penetrate deeper in the skin.
I just started using it this week and I noticed that I have better sleep even if I did not take my Mg Glycinate. I also noticed my comedones has subsided, even the itchy patches I got upon arriving from abroad has healed. I am not sure if it’s because of the RL therapy but I’m pretty convinced it has been a great support for all the healing. Looking forward for the restock and planning to gift one to my Mum!
I’ve been using my Optima R300 for 2 weeks now , and I’m honestly impressed with the results . It’s beginner -friendly , reliable and easy to use. After few weeks of consistent use , I can already feel the see improvements with my dermatitis. My skin feels calmer and less irritated compared to before. I love how cost- effective vs expensive clinic treatments, while still giving noticeable benefits at home.
The setup and operation are simple , so it doesn’t feel complicated to incorporate with daily routine.
Highly recommend this especially to beginners who want something easy, convenient to use and beneficial.
Thanks to Optima for providing these red light panels. Upgraded my recovery game with these and included it in my protocol!!
I got the R300 which targets the upper body comfortably if placed on a table if youd like to maximize the positioning - place on the floor and it sit with legs crossed .
What i made sure to check is what they use for light and they confirmed that they run in 660nm red light and 850nm near-infrared, which are the wavelengths most supported in research. The output is strong enough to deliver a therapeutic dose.
