Optima R600 Red Light Panel

I love using the Optima R600 after running and my HYROX workouts. It has become one of my favorite ways to wind down and recover after a hard training session.

I got mine with the horizontal/vertical stand, which makes it really versatile. After my cold plunge sessions, I can position it horizontally and use it while lying down in bed, or set it up vertically while I’m doing yoga, stretching, and mobility work.
